At Divya Drishti Foundation Trust, we deeply value the trust and generosity of our donors. We strive to ensure complete transparency in our donation process. Since donations are used immediately for ongoing charitable projects and welfare activities, we follow the below return and cancellation policy:
1. Donations
- All donations made to Divya Drishti Foundation Trust are treated as final and non-refundable.
- Once a donation is received, it will be immediately allocated towards the charitable cause for which it was intended.
2. Cancellation Request
- If you have made a donation in error or a duplicate donation, please inform us within 24 hours of the transaction by emailing us at [your NGO’s official email] or contacting us at [NGO helpline/phone].
- Valid cancellation requests will be reviewed, and if approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
3. Unauthorized Transactions
- If you believe that your credit/debit card or payment account has been used without your consent, please contact us immediately.
- After verification, we will take necessary action, including refunding the amount if applicable.
4. Event Registrations & Sponsorships
- In case of cancellations for event registrations or sponsorships, refund requests will be considered only if raised at least 7 days prior to the event date.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made after this period.
5. Our Rights
- The trust reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice, to ensure compliance with laws and donor expectations.
